Photography Extended - Museum Het Valkhof
For the third time, Museum Het Valkhof is showing the work of a number of Dutch photographers who are involved in staged photography. Twelve photographers show recent work, which is often shown to the public for the first time. The exhibition, which this time has been put together by guest curator Nelly Voorhuis, gives a more than 70 photographic images a colourful overview of the diversity of the work of artists who are involved in this form of photography. Photographer Ruud van Empel is the initiator of this series of exhibitions, of which the previous editions, Foto(=)Kunst (201 1) and Photography Extended (2013), were very successful.
